Not only am I certified, but I am the former Service Manager for Apple Business Center in Auckland, New Zealand.

I became a Genius at the Apple Store in Fashion Valley, San Diego when the store opened in 2001. 

Now I am an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator ACTC, and certified to work on both Mac OS X client and OS X Server.
