Design

We design a database that works specifically for your business or personal needs. In a web meeting we will meet with your key staff to learn about your company. If we see where we can help your company be more productive, we will make those suggestions and put those into the design. We will provide a copy of the design to you so that should you need to make changes in the future you can do that in the design before implementing it in the database. 

 

Implementation

We will take the design and put it into your Daylite database. We will move the existing date from where it is to where it needs to be in the new Design. 

 

Workflow Training

We will go over the design that we put in place for you. We will discuss the workflow and how to use your customized database. We will create a video of this webmeeting so you have it on hand for future staff training and as a refresher should people forget what they were taught.
