Marni led a webinar for several Daylite users, of which I was one. She collected information from each of the participants about how well they know Daylite, and what they would like to learn in the webinar. This was an excellent way to start, as we were able to cover most, if not all the subjects the attendees were interested in. This really helped me because not only were my own questions answered, but questions others asked were ones I never thought of. At a quarter the normal hourly rate, I got a great deal of information in a short period of time from the webinar. It is a tremendously efficient way to learn Daylite.

Getting there. It will as soon as I master it, which is around the corner with your help! Right now I have to get used to the workflow which is a little choppy compared to what I'm used to. I may find that I simply haven't discovered useful shortcuts or something...
