I love the video format. It was so helpful to be able to watch it, start and stop it while I tried the techniques that you suggested and its great to know that I can go back and review it, if something didn't make sense when I actually try it. No matter how well I take notes, they often don't make sense when trying to implement later. You were very efficient in how you managed to accomplish your agenda - you covered everything you set out to cover.

Yes. It is a comprehensive program that keeps me sane. I am much better able to manage my projects from a big picture perspective instead of getting caught up in the minutia. The minutia seems to fall into place which is the way it should work.
