I have been using Daylite for almost a year now since moving to a MAC system. Previously I had used a variety of contact managers; ACT, Goldmine, Maximizer. These were ok, but somehow did not hit the target. Then I found Daylite and haven't looked back. I have to say it's a system that's a joy to use, not a chore.

The more I have used Daylite the more depth I have found to the product. However, I was never sure if I was getting the best from it and running a small but busy business I felt I could get more from the program if I made the effort.

Then I discovered your website and wow. After looking at your sample videos I thought I'd try the Daylite Mail Integration (DMI) and Notes package. As my business revolves around emails this video has helped me reorganise the whole workflow in a more productive way. The tips and examples prove how powerful Daylite can be especially if shown how to use it to it's best advantage. 

Thanks so much for the information, I'll definitely be looking at the other training videos.
