How you make Daylight understandable is fascinating to me.  I loved the quote from the guy (like me) who found ACT! easy

to use, but has had a hard time getting his mind around how to take advantage of Daylite's most powerful features.  Your videos should be on the MarketCircle web site "support" tab. You are amazing.
