What is a good infrastructure?
If you or your staff need to connect to Daylite remotely with a Mac, iPad, iPhone or iPod, you will need to have a good network infrastructure in place. A good infrastructure consists of a minimum of the following things. The database is backed up nightly both onsite and offsite. Excess backups are removed so your hard drive does not fill up. Your database is available both locally and remotely.
We have 2 resources for you
- Do it yourself by signing up for the MacAngel Academy and using the Infrastructure posts below.
- Have us assist you. We will schedule a remote session where we work together to aid and teach you how to set up and maintain a safe and secure infrastructure.
Network Infrastructure Setup Service
We will implement or check the installation of Daylite Server Admin or Billings Pro Server Admin. *If you are requiring both you will need a quantity of 2.
We will make sure that good backups are in place both onsite and suggest offsite services. We will ensure that the database is available both locally and remotely. If there are router issues we will assist you in resolving them.
Other products and services may be required for excess backup removal or offsite backups.
