Marni helped us to quickly customize Daylite to our needs. She has some familiarity with our industry, photography, so she knew some things that helped other photography businesses in the past. I met Marni at MacWorld 2008 and learned a bit about Daylite from her there. After trying out a demo of Daylite I decided it would work well for my business, and I wanted to get it customized and working for us quickly. So, I called Marni for her 1 on 1 service.

All business opportunity and project tracking, contract generation, letters, labels… we try to do as little business admin outside of daylite as possible.

Has the new system improved their business or made life easier?
Definitely. It has taken a while for us to tailor how we “do things” to fit how DL likes to do things, but we are now getting a lot out of DL.
