What did we do for them and why would you recommend Daylite

The best thing MacAngel has done for me is MacAngel Academy. The monthly cost more than pays for itself.  The lessons are always practical and they are exactly the right length. When I am forced to wait for an appointment or whatever, I sign on and watch one of the lessons on an area where I feel I need an update or feel like I am missing something. Daylight is such a rich system, but it takes time to learn how to make the best of it.  Marni’s Academy cuts to the chase. I have both a manual and a video.  Example: I had fallen down on matching my tasks and projects so that my DMI integration was not giving me the results I wanted.  Watched the lesson (20 min) and then spent an hour over lunch getting back on track.  The only problem I have is that I don’t always stick with Marni’s recommendations and then I have to go back and get on track.  Marni knows Daylight, Billings whaterever inside and out.  If I just follow the system Marni advocates I don’t miss a task, appointment or requirement. Marni is this solo practitioner’s best friend - she is my IT department.

Why did they choose to work with MacAngel

I stumbled on MacAngel, downloaded a lesson and then started trying to use the software.  However, I did not feel like I was getting the most out of what Daylight could do.  I schedule a 1 on 1 with Marni and have been hooked ever since.  I am solo practitioner - so I am the IT department. I don’t have time to figure out all this on my own and paying for a 1 on 1 with Marni is money well spent, so that instead of spending hours of billable time trying to make the best use of the software, i get easy to understand on point assistance that is specific to my needs.

Has daylite improved their business or their lives?

Daylite has made me a very successful solo practitioner.  Before Daylite I was a mess, trying to keep track of emails, projects and billings using Outlook and Lawstream. The integration was not there.  Now if I just follow’s Marni’s suggestions everything is where I can find it and nothing is lost or overlooked.
