In the webinar you walked us through how to get started, including definition of terms, differentiating definitions, and how to operate the system. I found this helpful. Right after the webinar I set up my categories, and learned the procedures of how to get things set up correctly. If you set up a new program correctly, it will avoid lots of hassles and heartache later on.
