In general has Daylite improved your life/business?
In a few months it became really essential for running my business. It really helps me to stay on top of my service towards clients. It helps me to run more projects without loosing overview.

I love the video format. It was so helpful to be able to watch it, start and stop it while I tried the techniques that you suggested and its great to know that I can go back and review it, if something didn't make sense when I actually try it. No matter how well I take notes, they often don't make sense when trying to implement later. You were very efficient in how you managed to accomplish your agenda - you covered everything you set out to cover.

Well it certainly has the potential to do so. It has so many facets to it its hard to start just on one. But the biggest reason why I am switching is the one stop shopping instead of having two or more programs.

I am a fairly tech savvy managing attorney for a law firm which is solely Mac-oriented. We use Daylite as the heartbeat of our operation, and we have been doing so since Daylite 1.x. Over the years, you have assisted with Daylite training, troubleshooting and process improvements. In emergencies, I can count on you to solve the most complex of problems and come up with workable solutions to avoid such challenges in the future. And you know the most interesting thing.... I've never even met you!! We handle all our issues remotely, about 600 miles away from one another. Awesome.

Hi Marni,

The Daylite training was great, a little overwhelming when you're new like me to the program. 

I learned a lot. I've been in 'trial' mode for about 45 days and have researched everything I could find when it comes to CRM for the Mac. Daylite seems to offer a very well thought out solution.

Thanks for your assistnace. I may be scheduling a second round of training once I get my data imorted and everything up and running.
