Support Contracts
Clients who are on a support contract get a reduced rate on my services. For remote support they can book me for 15 minute increments rather than the normal 1 hour minimum.
Benefits
- This support contract will give you a coupon worth $ 43.75 each month for 12 months to use how you wish in the MacAngel Store.
- You can use it for 15 minutes of Daylite or Client support time or towards a webinar, video or any other MacAngel product.
- It will lower your Daylite support rate from $ 185 per hour to $ 175 per hour.
- In addition it will lower your OS X client support rate from $ 135 per hour to $ 125 per hour.
- You can also accumulate the coupons for use later in the year when you need them. This makes disaster recovery affordable. All coupons are good until the end of the contract, BUT must be used before contract ends.
- Standard Service Agreement applies to all contracts.
- Cancel Anytime. Unused coupons will be canceled if contract canceled.
