Ri of Dr. Goswami's office, The Quantum Activist was receiving a lot of emails that did not have Message IDs attached to them. This will teach you how to add emails that have no message ID into Daylite. You can also use this method if you do not want to put the contact into Daylite but you still want the email in Daylite, perhaps linked to an opportunity or project.
